Notes on building with HubSpot
HubSpot is where I work best.
I help teams turn CRM and CMS requirements into connected HubSpot systems: the data, rules, experiences, and measurement that make the work useful.

A HubSpot practice
I am Nicolas Mendes, Nick to most people I work with, a HubSpot Specialist focused on the space where CRM operations, CMS development, tracking, and conversion optimization meet. I help teams translate business rules into HubSpot implementations that are coherent for both the people operating them and the people using them.
That can mean shaping a CRM data model, mapping a workflow, building a CMS experience, connecting an API or Custom Object, or clarifying what needs to be measured before a team starts optimizing. The point is not to add more technology. It is to make the system support a real business decision and a better customer journey.

How I work
My background in design helps me see the experience around the implementation; my technical practice keeps the work grounded in what the platform, data, and team can actually sustain. I work across HubSpot CRM and CMS, HubL, APIs, GraphQL, HubDB, custom objects, front-end development, QA, and experimentation, always in service of a connected system rather than a one-off page or workflow.
I have worked remotely with HubSpot agencies, SaaS teams, and cross-functional partners on CMS and CRM projects. Clear requirements, useful documentation, and direct collaboration matter to me because they are what keep a solution working after launch.
Continuing practice
I keep learning through HubSpot Academy, Inbound, webinars, client work, and focused study in product design, development, and business intelligence.
If you are working through a difficult HubSpot problem involving CRM logic, CMS delivery, tracking, or optimization, I am available to discuss the system behind it.
